| Pearl Richardson Smith, Ph.D. Founder and President Dr. Pearl R. Smith is the president and founder of Pearl of Wisdom. She has a passion for helping businesses and faith-based organizations achieve their desired level of performance, applying ageless principles that promote integrity and productivity. She also serves individuals seeking to enhance their personal or professional effectiveness. Pearl of Wisdom's services are built on Dr. Smith's vast work experience, academic training and natural "people skills." She has over 20 years of experience in the private and public sectors holding key staff and leadership positions. In addition to her with work with Pearl of Wisdom, she is an adjunct professor for Mercer University, University of Phoenix, and Regent University, where she teaches organizational behavior and leadership courses. Dr. Smith has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Relations, a master’s degree in Organizational Learning, and a Ph. D. in Organizational Leadership. Dr. Smith has received recognition for her professional, academic, and civic accomplishments including: inclusion in Who’s Who in America, IRS Woman of Distinction, Regent University Beasley Scholar, and Jack and Jill of America, Inc., Distinguished Mother. She is co-author of the book, Servant Leadership: From Values to Practice.
